Everyone is invited to the annual Teddy Bears' Picnic in the Park
We're in for a big surprise at Preston Park!
Dates: 12 August
Time: 10 am - 4 pm
Location: Preston Park Museum and Grounds, Yarm Road, Eaglescliffe, TS18 3RH
Cost: Free with museum entry (Adult £2.50, child/concession £1.50, under 5s free, family ticket (2A+4C) £5)

Getting there: Number 7 bus or Eaglescliffe train station. Use our journey planner to plan your car-free journey to TS18 3RH.
If you go down to the Park today, you're sure of a great big surprise with the annual teddy bears' picnic in the park! Pack a picnic and your furry friends, and head down to the museum for a fun-filled family day, with arts and crafts, face painting, story telling, garden games and more.
Plus, celebrated children's author Liz Million will be there to join in the teddy-tastic fun!
Getting to Preston Park without using the car is easy! The number 7 bus stops right outside the park, and Eaglescliffe station is a five minute walk away. Plus there's the Rivershack river bus from Yarm.
It's also the perfect place to cycle to from Stockton, Ingleby Barwich, Thornaby and Yarm, and there are lots of places to whiz around on bikes at the park too, including a skate park. You can view the cycling and walking routes in the area here.
