The idea of cycling into town can be daunting for inexperienced cyclists. This is a great opportunity to develop your riding skills and to improve your techniques as well as enjoying the fresh air and the local surroundings of Darlington.

Sessions take place in quiet areas with no traffic to be concerned about and are supervised by a friendly, fully qualified ride leader.

- Focus on balance, using brakes, gears and signalling

You can borrow a bike and helmet for the session if you would prefer. Please phone Bike Stop on 01325 788857 at least a day in advance.
