This summer, you're all invited to go on a gardening adventure at Preston Park! Bug hunting, seed planting and acres of beautiful grounds and woodland to explore, all make for a green and pleasant time at the park. Not to mention the adventure playground, mini-golf, narrow-gauge railway and rowing boats for hire.

Getting to Preston Park without using the car is easy! The number 7 bus stops right outside the park, and Eaglescliffe station is a five minute walk away. Plus there's the Rivershack river bus from Yarm.

It's also the perfect place to cycle to from Stockton, Ingleby Barwich, Thornaby and Yarm, and there are lots of places to whiz around on bikes at the park too, including a skate park. You can view the cycling and walking routes in the area here. Take a picnic and make a full day of it!
