Commuter Challenge 13-19 May 2019

Leave the car at home this week and try greener, healthier ways to get to work.

Whether you cycle, walk, try the bus or train or even car share, you'll be moving more, driving less, and feeling better and fitter as a result. Fewer cars mean better air quality so you'll be doing your bit for your community and your environment too.

There are prizes to be given away throughout the week, with the main prize draw to be won at the end of the challenge. The more journeys you swap, the more chances you have to win!

The air quality in Tees Valley matters to us and to you.  By taking part you are also committing to making the place we live better, brighter and just a bit cleaner. Right now, our air quality is good, but the more we drive, the more we threaten the health of our surroundings. Let's work together to make sure we meet our air quality targets for the Tees Valley.

How to take part...

1.  Register your details on the form below.

2.  Leave your car at home and use other ways to get to work during Monday 13th to Sunday 19th May. You could walk, cycle, catch the bus or train or car share with a friend from work. Taking part for just one day will still count as two entries into the prize draw (one entry for each journey).

3.  Log your journeys online at the end of the week.

It really is as easy as one, two, three! You'll get all the info you need via email throughout the challenge.
